Shipping
We ship worldwide from our new Delhi office and shipping is free for all Indian orders. Once your item has been processed & dispatched it is usually delivered within 7-10 days.
Some of the items are already in stock and they ship much quicker.
However some items are made to order, which takes a longer time. In case you have any queries regarding shipment time please email us at [email protected]

Shipment Tracking
Once the order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping.

Order Delays
Firstly, we’d like to apologize for any delay. We work hard to avoid delays, which we let you know about if & when they arise. If you’ve been waiting longer than you should have and you haven’t heard from us, please email us at [email protected] & we will get back to you within 48 hours.

Cancellation & refund policy
You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained
A cancelled order will result in a credit to the user’s credit card/account. Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card/ Net Banking/ Debit Card Account within 7 business days.

Return Policy

You may exchange the Style/Size in an unworn condition with the packaging intact not later than seven (7) days from the date of delivery of the order if the Product does not fit you or for any other reason that you may describe while making a request for an exchange of the Product.

If the product is returned after seven (7) days which is Our standard return period or the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging, We will be unable to honor an exchange. No claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 7 days from the time of delivery of the Product.

We Do Not accept Returns, Only Exchange. The Delivery or Exchange item will be charged as per courrier charges to your respective location.
